Shipping & Returns
We typically ship our products using Royal Mail 2nd Class. In other circumstances, such as for large orders, we may use other means of delivery.
We aim to process and ship all orders by the weekend following the date of purchase. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes may occasionally cause delays.
Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. You only pay shipping for the largest/heaviest item you purchase.
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the UK.
We apologise for any inconvenience, and are looking into ways of providing international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept returns or offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items.
Additionally, we are happy to replace a product with a different size, but will ask you to cover the postage.
Refunds will be given if an item cannot be replaced, issued using the same form of payment used during purchase (unless otherwise requested).
The sooner you contact us the better! Try to get in contact within 14 days from the date of delivery.
